The brainchild of the brilliant and reclusive Dr. Elara Vex, Project Equus-3022 aimed to create a new breed of humanoid entities, infused with the cognitive abilities of horses. The goal was to produce beings with enhanced empathy, intuition, and physical prowess, capable of navigating the complexities of a rapidly changing world.
This manual is classified TOP SECRET and shall be destroyed by incineration or approved secure methods after reading. Electronic copies shall be deleted, and all records of access shall be expunged.
