A glass sky scan is a focused observational or imaging sweep of the sky using glass-based optics and transparent surfaces—literal (glass panels, skylights, observatory domes) or metaphorical (window-like sensor arrays, transparent detector housings)—to capture subtle atmospheric, astronomical, or environmental signals with high optical fidelity.
