Education has been a key enabler for Indian women to access new opportunities and challenge traditional roles. The literacy rate among Indian women has increased significantly over the years, from 18.3% in 1951 to 65.3% in 2020 (Census of India, 2020). Many women are now pursuing higher education, and there is a growing number of women in the workforce. According to the World Bank, the share of women in the Indian workforce increased from 23.3% in 1991 to 33.4% in 2019 (World Bank, 2020). Women in the Workforce
